Shipment processing time
All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days from the day of purchase.
Orders will not be shipped and delivered on weekends and holidays.
If the volume of orders is high, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. 
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted by email or telephone.
Delivery Rates and Estimates
The shipping costs for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours on the courier's website https://www.dhl.it/en/express/tracking.html.
 
Customs, Duties and Taxes
There may be duties and taxes charged to the customer depending on the country in which the purchase is delivered.
* Federica Tosi® is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received the damaged order, please contact the courier and file a complaint.
* Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
